Compulsory Summer Internship Department Approved Form (If the workplace requests it, it will be signed by the Head of Department and given to the workplace)
Compulsory Summer Internship Department Approved Form (English) (If the workplace abroad requests it, it will be signed by the Head of Department and given to the workplace)
Internship Application Form, Internship Attendance Schedule, Internship Evaluation Form and Internship Report Template will be provided through the student information system during the applications. It is the student's responsibility to follow up the signature of the documents obtained from the student information system and submit them to the relevant authorities.
