Plasma Medicine Research Laboratory

This laboratory conducts research into Plasma Medicine, a field that has emerged from the medical applications of plasma. Plasma can be used in medicine both directly and indirectly. Indirect applications include the sterilisation of medical materials and the production of biocompatible implants, whilst direct applications focus on cells and tissues, such as wound healing, cancer cell research and dental treatment.
